Cost Management To monitor your build cost, we utilise several stages of cost checking throughout the project. These include Schematic
Cost estimates, Contract Documentation costings (optional), and Builder’s Quotes which form the basis of your contract with a selected builder. Although these are estimates, it helps to flag any cost issues before they become unmanageable.
Throughout the construction phase of a project, we assess and evaluate builder’s Payment and Variation claims as a neutral third party to ensure a fair resolution of all claims.
